AB Series Medium Duty Filling Machines

The Filamatic® AB Series Benchtop is a semi-automatic medium duty filler, ideal for repetitive dispensing of liquids from water-thin to viscous, molten products, and products with small particulates. The AB Series can accommodate fill volumes ranging from .05 to 260ml with the ability to mix and match pumps and nozzles for optimal versatility and flexibility.This single nozzle filling machine incorporates a variable speed electrical gearmotor drive, which turns the crankshaft that drives a volumetric piston pump known as a "Filling Unit". The Filling Units are accessories offered to dispense a wide range of liquids and are made from either glass or stainless steel. The AB Series is offered in three models which operate at a maximum rate of 85 RPM, 35 RPM, and 23 RPM. Designs are available for OEM Applications as well as CE Mark certified, and air operated models for hazardous environments.

Econofil Automatic Filling Machines

The Econofil automatic filling machine is economically priced and is ideally suited for medium speed applications. The Econofil is designed for smaller fill volumes, but has many of the same features as more expensive fillers. It encompasses our highly touted Filamatic piston pumps, sizes ranging up to 260ml and can fill up to 60 cpm. General features include stainless steel construction, sanitary conveyor, programmable controller, container indexing and a horizontal bottle centering system.

V Automatic Vertical Series

The Filamatic® V Series Filling Machine can accommodate a wide variety of free-flowing, semi-viscous to viscous products as well as a wide range of containers. The filling units are placed in a verticle position and allow a quick and tool-less change over.
The V Series can accommodate up to 22 filling units for a production rate up to 300 cpm depending upon the product's characteristics and the container's shape and size. This automatic inline filler also has bottom-up, locate, and static modes for nozzle position control, quick volume adjustment, expandable design, a programmable controller and optional features such as HMI touchscreen and servo moto main drive.

Monobloc Systems

All Filamatic MNB’s (monoblocs) are available with standard electrics or XP. Net weight functionality is also available. All MNB’s are capable of performing a wide range of functions such as: sorting, feeding, nitrogen flushing, filling, plugging, stopping, crimping, capping and labeling. Our MNB’s are all custom designed. We have run everything from small vials to 1 liter containers.
We have run vials, cryovials, microtubes, nasal spray, airless pumps, boston rounds, & plastic and glass containers.
